UPA icon  About Meetings

UPA Boston meets once a month at a variety of locations in the greater Boston area. Meetings are generally held from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on a weekday night.

During a given meeting you can expect a presentation from an industry thought-leader on a wide variety of usability and human factors-related topics. Presentation formats include lectures, case studies, workshops, design challenges, panel discussions, and our popular "10-minute talk" nights.

UPA Boston events are informative, engaging, enjoyable and serve as networking opportunities to speak with colleagues in all lines of work throughout the greater Boston area.

Members are encouraged to volunteer to develop and deliver presentations relevant to their professional work and research interests.

Non-members and vendors interested in presenting techniques, research findings, or other topics of interest to usability and human factors specialists are encouraged to contact the UPA advisory board to propose a presentation.
