Sponsorship Opportunities

Please consider sponsoring User Experience 2008! The benefits of sponsorhip include:

  • Exposure to approximately 300 usability and industry professionals from New England and further afield, such as England and points west in the U.S.
  • An on-site 6' x 4' table (or equivalent space) with WiFi access from which to display wares, demonstrate products, sell books, etc.
  • Corporate logo on all materials, printed an online (e.g. signage, web site, bound materials). Logos on web site will include a link to your company / product.
  • Public thanks in Welcome, lunch, Cocktails and Networking event, and Thank You listings.
  • Opportunity to be the primary ("title") sponsor for the conference.

Note: We welcome sponsorships where vendors contribute goods or services. Materials visibility depends on the nature of the contribution. Donated books. software packages, swag, and other materials may be raffled or given away during the conference.

Title Sponsor Primary sponsorship of the entire event (e.g. "The USability and User Experience 2008 brought to you by YOUR COMPANY"). Name is included in the event signs for lunch and Cocktail and Networking event, ability to hang banner/signs. Corporate logo in large size on all materials, printed an online (e.g. signage, web site, bound materials). Logos on web site will include a link to your company / product. Public thanks in Welcome, lunch, Cocktails and Networking event, and Thank You listings. $4500
Partner Sponsor Name is included in the event signs for lunch or Cocktail and Networking event, ability to hang banner/signs. Corporate logo in large size on all materials, printed an online (e.g. signage, web site, bound materials). Logos on web site will include a link to your company / product. Opportunity to hold special interest group presentation (SIG) during lunch hour. Inclusion in on-site and online Thank You lists. $2000
Supporting Sponsor Corporate logo in large size on all materials, printed an online (e.g. signage, web site, bound materials). Logos on web site will include a link to your company / product. On-site 6' x 4' table (or equivalent space) with WiFi access from which to display wares, demonstrate products, sell books, etc. Inclusion in on-site and online Thank You lists. $1000
Participating Sponsor Corporate logo in smallest size on all materials, printed an online (e.g. signage, web site, bound materials). Logos on web site will include a link to your company / product. On-site 6' x 4' table (or equivalent space) with WiFi access from which to display wares, demonstrate products, sell books, etc. (Shared with another Participating Sponsor.) Inclusion in on-site and online Thank You lists. $500
